A Cambridge-educated software engineer, Simon oversees all aspects of Monterosa’s output and corporate and business affairs. Prior to founding Monterosa with Tom McDonnell in 2003, Simon worked in technical, management and consulting roles in Munich, Minsk, Milan and London.

A former games developer, Tom is now focused on re-inventing the TV business model and monetizing active audiences. He also maintains a creative steering role, innovating how the company integrates connected users with ‘traditional’ content.

Tom speaks regularly at conferences in the UK and internationally – recently he spoke at MIPTV, IBC, Edinburgh Interactive and Facebook Garage events.

An experienced software engineer from Belarus, Igor leads our development team by example, remaining deeply involved in executional detail and product development. Before joining Monterosa in 2004, Igor worked in Minsk for a US startup and a blue-chip offshore development house and for the BBC in London.

A seasoned project manager and producer, Tony is responsible for process, quality and delivery. Before Tony joined Monterosa he produced award-winning work as a senior producer for the BBC and as an executive producer for Ogilvy Interactive where he was responsible for servicing Unilever and Nestlé accounts.

A senior commercial executive with a strong track record growing business on digital platforms in online, TV and telecoms industries, Paul is focused on the company’s future direction in the fast evolving 2-screen market. Paul was at Channel 4 for six years as their Head of Corporate and Business Development and prior to that he worked for BSkyB and Excite@Home.
